Dr. Kristina Carman is back again! This episode is about starting the new year off right. People often put too much pressure on themselves to be the best or work the hardest, and chiropractors are not excluded in that group. Dr. Kristina and Dr. Joe talk about leading by example when you want your patients to live more healthy, harmonious lives.
